The Home in Paradise

The Home in Paradise is a whimsical home improvement blog interspersed with snippets of Punta Cana life experiences. Its written by Punta Cana resident Clara Gonzales. Clara’s home town is Monte Cristi on the north west coast of the Dominican Republic but she spent many years abroad and in the island’s capital Santo Domingo before moving to Punta Cana. Clara is a wizard at design and d.i.y. and her blog is full of beautifully photographed, clever and creative home decoration ideas – often recycling nondescript everyday objects and giving them a new lease of life.
